Hepburn and Sons LLC monitors and ensures quality assurance through our flattened organizational structure of leadership
and we entrust the individual performing the work as the first line of quality. We focus our marketing and workforce
development in hiring subject matter experts with character, competence, and the highest technical pedigree in their
line of work. Secondly, we perform internal peer reviews prior to any product leaving our office or outbox while
ensuring our customer’s inputs are adjudicated and accepted before we publish resultant products such as reports,
studies, or analyses.
If there is ever a quality issue identified with a Hepburn and Sons LLC delivered product, everyone involved performs
an internal audit on our process, a resolution is proposed, and corrective action is taken to avoid future occurrences.
The corrective action taken is presented to our leadership, and the event is documented in our knowledge management
database. This approach has been employed successfully on previous contracts, motivates a high level of performance,
keeps the management burden low, and ensures that quality is something each employee prioritizes as an individual
responsibility. We employ the same quality assurance and resolution process with our team members as we do within
our own company.
