As a Junior Engineer working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will be assigned as part of our technical work
force to support Naval fleet readiness and ship modernization. You will be welcomed into a diverse group
of expertise and engineers that are dedicated to mentor and support our entire work staff at all levels.
You will hone your skills in the engineering field of study assigned. You will be expected to:
Regularly practice business acumen and perform assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of
technical, schedule, performance and contractual objectives
Keep senior staff informed regarding program status and any technical, cost, schedule, or administrative problems within assigned programs
Establish, maintain and promote good customer relationships; ensure the coordination of work tasks with customer
representatives; and ensure customers are informed on status and progress of assigned technical programs
This position requires joining our team of engineers to provide direct fleet support,
and configuration management for in-service service surface ships. In this role, your
responsibilities will include providing engineering support to senior staff, solving
complex problems and contributing innovative solutions to integration, modernization
and readiness challenges on surface ships.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or relevant field (experience can be substituted for education)
Technical knowledge of engineering
Minimum Clearance: Secret
